Own Correspondent:- As part of the central program to implement the fair demand of medical technologists for 10th grade, a memorandum was presented to the Deputy Director of 250-bed Mohammad Ali Hospital Bogra and the Principal of Institute of Health Technology (IHT) Bogra on November 26 (Wednesday).

Medical Technologists Association of Bangladesh (M-TAB) Bogra Regional Committee Organizing Secretary and BMTA representative Medical Technologist Md. Arman Hossain Dollar led the medical technologists and pharmacist leaders of Bogra region presented the memorandum.

Among the medical technologists and pharmacists present at Muhammad Ali Hospital at that time were—
ATM Aminul Haque, Md. Rabiul Islam, Md. Abul Kashem, Md. Shariful Islam, Md. Jahangir Alam, Md. Nayan Mia, Md. Mahmudul Hasan Rana, Md. Nigar Sultana Rupa and Md. Sanjida Akhtar.

Md Shajahan Ali, Md Salhe Ahmed and Md Abdur Rauf were present from Institute of Health Technology (IHT) Bogra.

Apart from this, on behalf of Bogra Thoracic Hospital, there was—
Medical Technologist Md. Rezaul Karim and Md. Rafiqul Islam etc.

Demands and Positions-- The speakers said that medical technologists and pharmacists across the country were forced to hold a program due to the non-implementation of the long-standing just demand of the 10th grade.
They also said that the implementation of 10th grade is necessary for the development of the health sector, increasing the quality of services and establishing the status of technologists and pharmacists.

M-TAB leader Md Arman Hossain Dollar announced that the peaceful movement and program will continue until the just demand of 10th grade is implemented. Their hope is that this demand will soon be realized through the positive steps of the government and new progress in healthcare will be initiated.Succeed fair demands — improve quality of health care.
