Staff Correspondent: Under the moderation of Mufti Fazlul Karim and Mizanur Rahman Jamil, the “Distribution of 500 Copies of the Holy Qur’an with Translation” program was held on Friday, October 31, at Ward No. 2 Community Center, Mirpur-12, Dhaka. The event was organized with the pledge to spread the light of the Qur’an and to promote essential Qur’anic education under the guidance of Tarjumanul Qur’an Institute.

Distinguished guests present: Maulana Muhammad Salman (Principal, Madrasa Darur Rashad), Maulana Abdus Sattar Hamidi (President, Tarjumanul Qur’an Institute), Khan Selim Rahman (Editor, Daily Matrigogat & Founding President, Bangladesh Central Press Club - B.C.P.C), Dr. Maulana Shahidul Islam Faruqi (Ameer, Payame Insaniyat Bangladesh), Mufti Saifuzzaman (Director, Baitus Salam Jame Masjid Complex), Mufti Imran bin Elias (Director, Darul Ulum Ibrahimia Madrasa), Maulana Abdur Rashid Nomani (Imam & Khatib, Kalshi Jame Masjid), Mufti Abu Saleh Mohammadullah (Khatib, Baitun Nur Jame Masjid), Mufti Ozair (Imam, Baitun Nur Jame Masjid), Maulana A.J.M. Mohiuddin and Maulana Foysal Ahmed Zakaria.

Since its inception, Tarjumanul Qur’an Institute has been working to build an enlightened generation through easy, heartfelt, and creative Qur’anic education. Within a short time, its activities have spread widely across the country. The institute has launched free Qur’an and prayer education programs in schools, colleges, universities, madrasas, and mosques. Through these initiatives, thousands of students are learning to recite the Qur’an correctly and understand its meaning. The institution continues its mission to spread this noble call among Muslims nationwide.

The guests said, “Learning and understanding the Qur’an is essential for every Muslim. The only path to establishing morality, justice, humanity, and peace in society is to follow the guidance of the Holy Qur’an.”

They praised the initiative of Tarjumanul Qur’an Institute, saying, “Such programs will inspire a nationwide awakening in Qur’anic learning. The young generation will be enlightened by the light of the Qur’an. Activities like this are crucial for transforming a morally degraded society into one based on justice and virtue.”

The event was supervised by Mufti Abdullah Shibli (Director, Tarjumanul Qur’an Institute). He said, “Our goal is that every Muslim should not only recite the Qur’an correctly but also read it with meaning, understand it, and apply it in life. Tarjumanul Qur’an Institute is working toward that noble goal. Delivering the light of the Qur’an to every home is our promise and commitment.”

Finally, 500 copies of the Holy Qur’an with translation were handed over to students. The event inspired enthusiasm among the guests, students, journalists, and local residents, all of whom urged the continuation of such noble initiatives.
